I have no info on this specific disc. But My guess would be RM5 or RS1 (the single mixes). All the history lists are based on John Barrett's notes with a few tidbits from Mark Lewisohn added. This list is different because, included are all the songs found on a particular reel and additional notes (in yellow) have been added. This helps to determine the timeframe for the various "Get Back" acetates seen here.
