This acetate was cut on 25 or 26 September 1968 and the mix is either RM1 or RM2 from
25 September (see Lewisohn pg. 157). The mix, not commonly available, is similar to the released mono mix (RM12) but features an out of sync count-in and no final drum hit. But the most interesting difference is a crude attempt at a sound effect during the "I need a fix" part. The effect is similar to hearing it over a telephone.
