HELP!
Capitol Acetate LP

Extremely rare is an understatement to describe this Beatles HELP! acetate LP. This might be
the only one in existence! I've done over 20 hours of research and I can't find any information on any Beatles HELP! Capitol acetate LPs. I emailed a leading authority on Beatles acetates, Chazz Avery from TheBeatleSource, and he replied that this LP "is new to me".

This HELP! Capitol acetate is the Stereo standard mix of this LP.

Quote from Bruce Spizer, leading authority on Beatles records, on The World Beatles Forum,:

"While the Butcher cover is not the rarest of Beatles records, it is the most sought after. Every collector wants a Butcher cover in his or her collection. Those with limited budgets start with a mono third state peel, while those who can afford it go after stereo first states and Livingston Butchers. Capitol acetate albums are certainly much rarer, but they don't attract the multitude of collectors as the Butchers. That's probably a good thing as most acetates are limited to five or less copies!"

This Beatles HELP! acetate LP is in NEAR MINT condition! BEAUTIFUL all around.

The only thing wrong that I can see is the Side 1 Label...it has some bleed through, but that is expected from an acetate record (see scans below). Otherwise, it is a great record for the serious Beatles memorabilia collector.
