I have only limited info on this disc. It's the stereo mix and apparently has never been offered for sale.
RECORDING HISTORY:
There are too many tracks to list here but the US version featured an additional song from the Help! sessions, "I've Just Seen A Face". Unlike the UK version, it did not include "Drive My Car", "Nowhere Man", "What Goes On" and "If I Needed Someone". Those four tracks were subsequently featured on Capitol's Yesterday...and Today album.
Many listeners feel the US version of Rubber Soul created a more cohesive song selection and sequence than its UK counterpart.
