The date on this disc would indicate that it is merely a US acetate copy of the standard Phil Spector mix as released. It was auctioned in late 2004 on eBay.
See a UK acetate for the LP - here See another Bell acetate - here AUCTION DESCRIPTION: 1970. This metal acetate, dated 4/21/70 has Bell Sound Studios (New York) labels. It appears to be the released version of the Phil Spector-produced “Let It Be” album. Also included is the classic Bell Sound LP cover and Sam’s handwritten EQ notes which also indicate how many acetates were prepared and to whom they were sent. The “1st Ref” was sent to Phil Spector. Disc VG+, Cover M-. The sleeve is not seen here but see a Hey Jude acetate for an image of a Bell Sound sleeve - here Auctioned again by Christies in Christies in November 2005.
