This is merely a US acetate copy of the standard Phil Spector mixed album. It was auctioned December 2005 on eBay.
AUCTION DESCRIPTION: Let It Be LP By The Beatles 12" Bell Sound Acetate! Hyde Park, Massachusetts United States Offered here is a rare Bell Sound acetate of the Beatles "Let It Be" album. It is the standard Phil Spector version.The disc rates Excellent on Side A and VG+ on Side B. The labels are in Excellent condition with only minor 'bleed through'. It comes in a plain grey sleeve.
