Hello Little Girl

Notes on the "Hello Little Girl" acetate:
'The Hello Little Girl is actually an ATV acetate made somewhere around 1970. This is when ATV took control of the Beatles catalog and most likely cut this acetate. I am not sure 100% but that is what makes sense. There is actually a Dick James Acetate of this in circulation.'
ATV Music Group is currently affiliated with Sony Music Corp. which has rights to The Beatles' songs.
